| Changeover Day | Changeover Day: Rentals do not usually need to start or end on a particular day, but we have a 1 week minimum booking except for Late Availability deals. Half Terms, Easter and other peak holidays we do operate a Saturday-Saturday changeover day. |

| Number of People | The house sleeps up to 11. We have already priced the house so that it is full for most of the year, and used, however we will consider a further reduction for just 2 people and for holidays booked within 4 weeks of date of arrival - please contact us for details. |
| Longer Lets | The house is available to rent for most of the year, we would consider a long let for a few months or more, please telephone us to discuss your requirements. |

Rates from between Euros 450 - 675 per week depending on the season. Please contact us for an exact price for your particular stay.
We do not charge extra for Easter, half terms or bank holidays - how refreshing? You'll be even more refreshed when you've had a holiday at Le Vieux Cafe.
